Why do we need to send you our broken sticks?
We ask that you to do this for security purposes. It’s our way of making sure that we’re replacing your THC® stick (and not some other brand). Don’t worry, that’s not our only reason for asking you to send back your chopped up hockey sticks.

THC® and METACYCLE (Montreal Industrial Designers) have teamed up to find new Green initiatives ways of reusing broken Carbon fiber sticks in an environmentally friendly way. In fact if you have any of the other brands of stick lying around or broken, send them back to THC® as well and we’ll make sure that it gets put into good use!


What happens if I don’t like the curve I chose?
If you are unsatisfied with your stick, you may change to a different curve at anytime.


Why doesn’t THC® offer a 30-day guarantee like most other hockey stick brands?
THC® is a revolution in the way hockey sticks are sold. If you break your stick after the 10-day grace period, THC® will replace your stick for the replacement fee indicated in your package: even if you smashed it over the crossbar. We understand sometimes the goal was your fault!


Is there a maximum number of hockey stick replacements I can order?
YES. There is a maximum number of sticks that THC® will replace per calendar year, depending on your chosen package. BUT if you’re a hardcore player who happens to break more than your package’s replacement number- we won’t leave you hanging. As a THC® member, you’re entitled to purchase additional replacement sticks above and beyond your package’s replacement number for $89 plus S&H.


Where do you ship?
We ship Worldwide!!! However anywhere in the U.S.A. or Canada except N.W.T., Yukon, Hawaii or Alaska we have worked out a standard flat fee. For territories, states and countries not covered as part of continental North America there will be additional shipping charges. Please go to the order process to find your shipping costs.


How do I get a THC® username and password?
When you decide to become a member, the process will ask you to fill out a customer profile, then you can chose your user name and password.


How does Team Sales work?
There are different levels of team sales.
For Pro & Semi-Pro teams please contact our office or email us info@thehockeyclub.com

For Senior Leagues you can buy a bank of sticks 50 / 60 / 70 / 80 and use THC® as your team stick manager. You build your teams profile online and when a stick breaks just send us the player that needs a new stick and a shipping address and leave the rest up to us!

For Minor Hockey teams, depending on stick models we can organize a flat fee for the whole team and make sure that the players are always well stocked all year long.
Not only will we manage your teams sticks but we THC® want our Minor Hockey programs to flourish. This is why we will give back 10% of the teams proceeds back to the team for tournament travel, equipment, coaching staff whatever. In fact you can even use THC® for fundraising. THC® will donate 10% of sales back to the teams who help sell more players and teams hockey sticks.
